Karim Helmy, Director of Operations of the hotel and Karim Nahas, General Manager of the hotel along with the hotel’s Department Heads. This prestigious award has been presented to the hotel in appreciation of the dedication, hard work & exceptional guest experience shown by the hotel and its team members throughout the 2007 year.
